Biografia
Letitia Popa is an emerging Romanian director, currently a student at the Netherlands Film Academy. Her short film Marie received the Best Director award at the 2018 Astra Film Festival in the DocSchool section and was screened at various film festivals across Europe. Her work Maybe There is No Distance was selected at Visions du Réel in 2021. Exploring the small and intimate dimensions of everyday life, her focus is centered on representing and redefining the individual in relation to the challenges of daily life.
